GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY*
- A $30 cancellation fee applies if you cancel a ride within 24 hours prior to your pick-up time.
- Fifty percent (50%) of your quoted fare will be charged if you cancel a ride within 2 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
- Full fare will be charged if you cancel within an hour of your scheduled pick-up, or if your driver is already on the way to or is already at the hospital, whichever applies.
FOR MIDNIGHT TO EARLY MORNING SCHEDULES (12 am to 7 am)*
- A $30 cancellation fee applies if you cancel a ride within 24 hours prior to your pick-up time.
- Fifty percent (50%) of your quoted fare will be charged if you cancel a ride within 8 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
- Full fare will be charged if you cancel within an hour of your scheduled pick-up, or if your driver is already on the way to or is already at the hospital, whichever applies.
FOR 12-PASSENGER VANS AND CHARTERED RIDES*
- A $50 cancellation fee applies if you cancel a ride within 48 hours prior to your pick-up time.
- Fifty percent (50%) of your quoted fare will be charged if you cancel a ride within 12 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
- Full fare will be charged if you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled pick up, or if your driver is already on the way to or is already at the hospital, whichever applies.
*Our cancellation policy applies to all reservations that have been confirmed with a driver, either via the Babymoto app, our website, thru email and text message.
For cancellations or delays, inform Babymoto at support@babymoto.taxi to reschedule your pick-up at a later date or time, a rescheduling fee is applied on top of your fare. To know more about rescheduling fees, click here.
All reservation cancellations must be relayed to us via email at support@babymoto.taxi. We can only confirm your cancellation request by email to make it effective. Failure to contact Babymoto Support Team at support@babymoto.taxi regarding cancellation on time may be considered reservation abandonment and may result in forfeiture of fare.
