MAKING A RESERVATION

  • There is a 12-hour booking window to reserve a hospital pick-up.
  • Do not reserve a car until the mother and the newborn are bound to be discharged from the hospital.
  • Please see to it that the hospital staff has reviewed your baby to ensure the discharge is appropriate.
  • Babymoto is not liable for any medical complications that might occur during the ride. Always consult your nurse or your baby’s doctor.
  • Make sure to have your questions answered before you leave the hospital.
  • Wait upstairs in your hospital room for your vehicle to arrive at the hospital.
  • If you need assistance moving your baby to the car please advise your attending nurse as our drivers are only allowed to wait at the parking area.
  • Once you receive an in-app notification that your car has arrived please meet us at the hospital’s pick-up lane/zone.
  • You may inform us ahead if you are going home with members of your family or might need additional car seats.
  • Please note that no one can sit in the front seat.

WAITING TIME AND OTHER CHARGES

  • There is a 15-minutes free wait time to allow you a smooth and hassle-free discharge.
  • Parking fees apply should our driver need to stay longer and need more time to pick you up. This may be subject to the hospital’s parking policies.
  • There is a $7 charge for each additional stop made during a trip.
  • Your price quote does not include traffic but does include taxes and a standard 20% gratuity that is paid to the driver.
  • Pre-authorization temporarily reserves funds to charge at a later date and is applied 24 hours before pick-up time.
  • Your card will be charged after the ride is completed and after we’ve delivered you and your precious cargo home safely.

RESCHEDULING

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to notify our support team of discharge changes. The passenger may email our customer service at support@babymoto.taxi at any time. (Rescheduling of a reservation is subject to availability)
  • If we are able to accommodate your changed plans, a rescheduling fee of $20 on top of the quoted rate for your reservation will be charged, UNLESS you reschedule 24 Hours or more in advance of the scheduled pickup time.
  • If we are unable to accommodate your changed plans, your reservation will be considered a cancellation, subject to our cancellation policy.
